      So, if I did the math right that is approximately 0.00065% of the sex offenders unaccounted for. I’d say that is pretty positive.

      Yes, it is good to dream the improbable dream! They cry about the “unaccounted” because they need/live to spread fear among the population. They will NEVER spread the good news about those who are compliant. Why should they? I does not fit into the predetermined agenda of the state and media bias. That is until a member of their family commits this kind of crime. Maybe
