Pure retribution, plain and simple. Banishment from storm shelter.

Hm, so in normal everyday life you can shop at a grocery store (a possible shelter during an emergency) and mostly no one will ever know or cause you grief. But once one happens and you have to be identified then they can single you out and ask you to leave? Even though you’ve not shown any negative or offensive behavior? And that the irrational “fear” created by the label of “sex offender” is what drives their decision?

If ever a case of pure and blatant prejudice existed…yes I know it’s nothing new.
