      Not all first offenders should be give the sentence that my son was given in South Dakota 50 years and 27 years before his parole is up.He has never been written up and has held good jobs all the last 6 years in prison First one South Dakota State Pentary in Sioux Falls now at Mike Dufree in Springfiendfield SD 57072.

      @Rose that is sad and we all should help bear each others burden. I know if I was married and had kids I wouldn’t want my son to go thru this ordeal. All this is the worse for those parents going thou all this let alone those that are single. Yes these podcasts will help those to understand more about the law and how it is castrating all those under the sex offender registry.
      First offense I can’t understand it Rose.
