The combination NARSOL in Action and Can They Do That? conference call was well received. The first hour was devoted to discussing the deregistration

I am 75, single and lonely in Virginia. I will get off of probation in 18 more years. I want to find a mate or wife. My new P.O. has told me that before I can date anybody (even for first time), the woman must first go to talk with my P.O. According to the (signed) boilerplate list of restrictions, the document only says that before a relationship gets serious, I must tell the woman of my crime.
I have been on probation for more than 3 years without any major problems except I left home one day and forgot my GPS belt-clip device. I was at church with witnesses as to where I was.
Can the P.O. effectively prevent me from dating because of her undocumented requirement? It is my opinion that the P.O. should want me to have a legal mate for my sexual needs.

I see one of three options for you.
1)Meet someone and be straightforward with her when you deem it “serious” enough. I sincerely hope it works out for you.
2)Skip the “serious” aspect and just be “friends”. “Activity partners” may be the best way to go anyway.
3)Move to another state, without the stupid restriction. Puerto Rico might be an option. The hard part would be getting the respective states (yours and the other) to allow you to move, and for the new state to take over your probation.
*No matter what you do, keep proving that you can be trusted and re-earn peoples’ respect. Maybe eventually you’ll get a decent PO too.

Can this be used in Florida?

The very sad truth is that Yes our government can do any thing it wants to do. Our government has been doing what it wants to do for centuries for the illusion of freedom and safety. People think like, and agree with what this government is doing is the best for the people, when actually the government and people running the monster only think of their own success especially when they can make a law in their name that makes them look good. All peoples rights are gone. A Right Is Not A Right If Anyone Can Take It Away. No one in this has any rights in this country any more.

@Jim OC thank you for saying what I have been trying to convince everyone of for years. It is a breath of fresh air to see someone on this planet understands real freedom is more then eating hot dogs and a couple sparklers on 4th of july..
The entire registry process is criminal and illegal, making it world wide just makes it more criminal and more illegal.. . How on earth can any sane person think that a crime in (example) Idaho (ex,consensual sex with a minor in a card at the door bar, that admits to lying about their age) is a crime in Hawaii where not only is the minors participation called into consideration BUT age of consent is 16? Or we can use Florida versus Georgia? and it goes the same for everyone of the states.. Are we saying that people in one state or definitely dumber and more immature then anouther state? Or are we saying that some states are just more mature and well smarter then other states? Does a latitudinal or longitudinal line determine maturity? Is the entire rest of the world more ignorant and less mature then select places of the USA?
Now not only do we make a person a pariah in every state when over half the states claim they never even committed a crime in the first place BUT we make them an international criminal and pariah when most of the sane world doesnt even agree that any of our lunatic laws are criminal activity’s?/?
Not only is there no freedom in the USA there is absolutely no brain power. I dont know if all the fluoride in the water has dumbfounded Americans or what but the sad part is the insanity is so obvious on so many fronts and yet so few even care to address it.
Here is a thought, Nothing against some of the great work isolated members of the ACLU have done..Some have done great work to help Americans and deserve to be applauded, but even many of them are frustrated, and for good reason!! if the ACLU spent as much money (American Civil Liberty’s Union) addressing the violations and abuse of law against Americans as it does on individuals who trespassed and never belonged in the country in the first place do you still think you would be on the registry? Why dont they dedicate as much time and effort protecting Americans as they do non-Americans? Sadly it is because they are really just anouther for profit organization, and Americans, especially those who need it most, cant pay as well..
That my friends is in a nut shell why you loose more then you win and why you will never succeed until the boiling point when so many people are on the registry it can not be ignored and the politicians risk physical confrontation and revolt. Same as the black revolutions, until the masses are on the registry you will just see worse and worse..castrations, and offender concentration camps are coming..Same thing they did to the mentally challenged and the japs and the blacks and the irish..so before you say “never in america” put down your sparkly and pick up an unwashed history book.

Deregristration, interesting? I would guess if one wants to go with a secular view of this whole matter, than sure they can do anything they want to mankind because they are ordrained or authorized to do that by Secular people, and I don’t think they would want to disappoint the people.
Now I’m sure everyone has their view’s on deregistration. Even laws from each state different so who’s pulling some wool over someone. Sometimes I wonder if this country still has principals.
Sire NARSOL is working the best they can and yes some of the comments on here one has to take with a grain of salt but in the end who justify’s who. Hasn’t man wanted to dominate man with man’s government? Sure I would hate to see anyone locked up falsely or not be able to apply for deregulation to even get off this sex registry.
A lot of these ordeals are fishy and for the first timer that has never been in jail or court an epsode such as this is tramic for some. Right now I am debating to appeal my case even though I took a plea deal or was persuaded with that choice if you want to call it that as it wasn’t my decision as I wanted to speak out but I was not prepared and believe me this is more than a governmental civil issue of a pre planned plot issue and we all should take that into account depending on the circumstances involved.
And Jim OC this is a perfect platform to speak out in these types of situations to american government. If thats the case than Rm.13 allows them to do anything they want or does it? Even obeying an ordiance is good but even that can be a bit underhanded all in the efforts to protect public safety in many cases. As far as deregulation I hope they start deregulating some of these laws so people can get a chance for deregistration or is it a rape type process to strip one of all rights and discriminate one no matter what color or race you are.
