      Councilperson Deaton had this to say: “It seems to be courts and legislation have taken much and eroded much of our local control, and it seems we citizens in Seal Beach should be allowed to be determine these things.”

      Isn’t it the purpose of courts and legislation to “determine these things”? In this case, they got it right. Great work ACSOL!
