2018 Halloween marathon/hotline

On October 31 at 5 p.m. eastern time, NARSOL in Action took to the airwaves for its second annual Halloween marathon/call-in hotline, launching a full five hours of Halloween reports from around the nation as well as informative input from distinguished attorney guests and host Larry.

Attorneys King Alexander, Janice Bellucci, Paul Dubbeling, and Guy Hamilton Smith were with us at various points during the call. In addition to helping Larry field caller questions about various aspects of Halloween-related restrictions, they brought us up to date on the ever-pressing issues of International Megan’s Law and passports for registrants and on the very pertinent case of U.S. v. Gundy, pending in the U.S. Supreme Court.

Paul Rigny with the Registrants’ Travel Action Group joined the discussion with insight and current news about IML and passports.

Various NAROL board members and state advocates gave reports on the situations in their states.

We awarded two prizes to call-in participants.

You may access the audio for all five hours here.
