Usually a County Sheriff’s office gives approval for address when called with an address. But if a person is in probation, then these probation overlords have their own criteria. For example, an address was okayed by Sheriff’s office but then when called to PO was okayed as well, and was later informed that there was a small skating ring within the distance limit.
