Based on what the article presents tell me how the state finds these pictures to be child pornography. There is no mention of nudity so if this is classified as child pornography then corporations such as Sears, Kohls, ect, ect should be faced with charges of producing/manufacturing child pornography on a mass scale for having underage children pose in bathing suits, under ware ect ect.
