Section 4915 of Megan’s Law 3 expired and was replaced with 4915.1 in SORNA-1
Then Neiman came down in 2013 and whipped Megan’s Law out in all its provisions to take up SORNA -1
Earlier I said that Megan’s Law 3 sentence was a F-3 I was wrong. It was a second-degree misdemeanor under Megan’s Law III under Section 4915(c)(1)-(3)
Now under ACT 10 and ACT 29 it is a Felony of the Second-degree
With a 7 year min. The case that wipes all this away is Dehammer, J-60-2017 Pa. November 22, 2017
Derhammer is also found at 121 MAP 2016
There is a big delay in this failure to register deal. The lower court Judges want to get it right by a dismissal of charges. The PAAG and DA’s want to understand it , and the PSP just want you to be guilty
