Hi a man without a country!
When you decided to live abroad…did you tell the US authorities that you would leave the country for good? Also, if you are not registering now since you’re in TH…does it mean that you are off the registry? And does it mean that you are no longer a REGISTERED SO? I have a lot of questions to ask lol.
