Chuck isn’t it true that you haven’t finished the 10yr reg period, so I think that is why you are still being jerked around by PSP, I have notice people that have finished their time treated more fairly. I think its best if you just comply and not rock the boat with PSP u until you put your time in. Just a suggestion, they already have enough coming from the ones that have their 10yrs in.
