We shall see. I think it is going to be a long time before it is settled. PSP and the Commonwealth aren’t just going to let ACT go bye bye. I AM DYING to hear what the PA Supreme Court thinks of ACT 10. They tried to impeach the Pa Supreme Court justices just because they voted against the state in the gerrymandering case. They know this General Assembly has no respect for the rule of law.
Good luck, stay positive. All in good timing. No one thought Doe vs Snyder (2003) would ever be ignored and it was. The Supreme Court had every opportunity to uphold Doe vs Snyder (2003) when Reed appealed Muniz, but they refused to do so. Not to mention the 8-0 opinion in Packingham v North Carolina.
