What you are describing is called in legal parlance “acting under the color of law”. An agent of the state which any law-enforcement officer or probation officer is, who operates under the color of law no longer has the law supporting their actions and in every instance is violating a persons constitutional rights. The problem is getting the courts to agree as the courts no longer support the United States Constitution. This loss of liberty is only going to result in one thing, another revolution and it’s going to take violence to get our rights back. This is not something I can be a part of. Consequently at my earliest opportunity I am leaving this country never to return. You put up with this enough and you begin to think that people don’t like it because you’re breathing their air. If that’s the way they feel, fine I’ll go breathe somebody else’s air.
