It’s frustrating that even though we got the Cert denial before Act 10 was passed, they still refused to grant relief under Muniz. How the hell can they say “oh, we don’t like that so we are going to make a new law. In the meantime, no relief for you.” Plus, the entire point of Muniz was to stop SORNA from being retroscrively appilied. So they defeat the court ruling by making a new law?
