PSP is in the process of giving those that qualify for MUNIZ relief – relief if they are done the 10 year bit on the registry.

It is those that have time remaining that ACT 10 will effect.

MUNIZ should have expired them from the registry all together.

On 20 Dec 2012 all ML 1, 2, and 3 was not repealed, but expired. . . . So when you were put under SORNA in 2012 there was no saving cluase to revert you back to. There was a void of ML law to put pre-SORNA people under. 10,000 of them.

The Pa. assembly could not handle that so they came up with ACT 10 to attack just those Pre-SORNA people. They took all the punitive stuff off of ML 2 and re wrote it in a hodge podge of HB 1952 and HB 631 and stamped it as a final law called ACT 10

They just want to just throw it on people – in violation of due process and ex post facto ways.

Most of the people MUNIZ helped were tire 3 people turn to tire 1

over 4,500 of these people were to be put off the registry – the PSP are dragging there feet to do that.

They are in a review of MUNIZ people and if they have time left they go under ACT 10 without explanation or a hearing IS THIS FAIR?
