Hey every one I got to the bottom of what made the PAG lady lawyer nervousness.
It is a case that I got from Temple Law Library Commonwealth v Demora, 149 A 3d 330 (Pa. Super. 2016)
Google this case and you will see that it takes the PSP out of a case where one is trying to get off the registry.
Muniz decision overruled Demora and a PA. RSO can gain a court hearing without the PSP being required to be involved as indispensable party in an action for removal from the sexual offender registry.
