I do not understand why people cite Derhammer. Neiman killed ML3, PERIOD. There is no more need for further discussion. Can’t use something that is unconstitutional. Besides, the way an attorney explained it to me, Derhammer was actually a bad decision for us in its whole. Kind of like yours from the other day, some good, mostly bad.
