Terry I am not sure I am understanding. Are you trying to say that this three yr probation somehow can be applied retroactive? It looks to me that it is for future sentencing. Are you saying everyone goes on probation now? I had a failure to comply in 2011 got 9-18 mo WR judge was cool and gave me immediate WR because he knew it was BS when I got out SORNA kicked in then I found out ML 3 got shut down from single subject. So my sentence was illegal asked my lawyer if I could get the sentence removed he never got back to me. I don’t see how this probation can apply retroactive. I also do not see it stoping anyone from being removed that has already finished their time.
