Reply To: SCOTUS Denies to Hear Muniz

I am grateful for the passing of this bill.

While I do not believe that registries protect anyone, I do not believe that Muniz could have ever conceivably ended the registry. The idea that Muniz could possibly end registration for all pre-2012 was, at best, trying to utilize a loophole/technicality. While I pray that a day without registries exists, I believe that this bill will finally end the PSP dragging their feet on the 4500 due relief for fear of 17000 coming off.

For those, like me, who were sentenced to no registration, I believe the signing of this bill will finally stop the infringement of our constitutional rights.
