Good Morning Jim,
Thank you for your reply. I feel as though some people in our community are lashing out at PSP becuase they are still dealing with being in the registry in the first plsce. My only point is until people make peace with the fact they are on the registry, they won’t be able to heal and move on.
Until we heal, we won’t be able to move on. Whether we are on or off the registry, until we can make peace with it, it will hold us back. I am luckly in the sense that the registry doesn’t bother me on a daily basis. My brother supports me while I finish school., and I have a group of friends that don’t care I am on the registry. I have friends on the registry that tease me it must be nice to be in a position to not be working. No, not really. Having no money to speak of is not fun, but I do it becuase I am bettering my life. I want to teach my niece and nephew that when you get knocked down, get back up. I hope I have taught them that life is what you make it to be.
