First I would like to thank NARSOL and the Defender Association and anyone else that has stood up for RSO.
I was a tier II, 25 year registrant. I now move back to ten years. I figure I have two years left on the registry.
my question is about the line:
a judicial decision
Does this mean at the end of my time, I must pay for an attorney and fight my way off the registry? or will they just remove like the original megans law?
