They coerce you into doing so, by threatening to arrest you if you don’t. They are also violating the double jeopardy clause, by punishing you for a crime that you already did time for. Somebody needs to start a class action lawsuit for their fraudulent behavior. Until something is done about this, they will continue to get away with it. Not everybody has the money to hire an attorney.
