The IL state police sex offender regime is so criminal as to send me a letter before I moved there in 2012 informing me I was not required to register in the state of IL..period! When I was in Bloomington, I encountered law enforcement, and since I had a slight attitude when questioned, the sex cop in charge, officer blank blank lied to my face and told me that since the law had changed and that I had to register. Since I basically refused he arrested me, confiscated my computers, and raped me of my civil rights. That’s because IL had the law written so vague, you could interpret it either way you wanted to. Turns out case was dismissed after thousands of dollars and over a year going back and forth to court. They are a true criminal regime!
