I understand. That raises another issue; some states consider whether or not a person was convicted of a sex offense, not whether or not they completed their registry period in another state. For example, if someone is taken off the registry in PA then moves to Texas, chances are they’ll.be forced to register in Texas anyway. It would be nice if we knew which states honor other state’s registry fulfillments.
You also asked about different countries. I know Canada, Mexico, Australia and Great Britian have strick policies about not allowing anyone with a sex offense conviction in their past to even visit there.
