In my opinion I think we should not waste time, resource, and money challenge this law. We are up against our gov, we will not win. Just like smith vs doe, this one will pass as just a civil or mere regulation to make registrants be better citizens. I think one day congress may soften their stance and repeal this law. Just my hope.
