I would really like to see the sex offender laws have classifications. Right now, people from peeing outside to predators are all treated the same. No category of the offenses. Same example as up front guy pees, someone sees him, they charge him as sexual offender, he does 60 days jail, gets out, and is a life-time sex offender. This is why he relives his punishment over and over again.
