NARSOL demands that standard of innocent until proven guilty be enforced in case pending before Supreme Court

We wrote recently of the Arizona case where the burden of proof has shifted from the state proving guilt to the defendant proving innocence. NARSOL has submitted an amicus brief in this case that now sits before the U.S. Supreme Court asking for review. We have issued this press release detailing the facts of the case and the urgency of the situation.
