While the mock hearing was good even great for some on here to review. It sort of brought back things to me. Sure we all I’m sure have been in some type of detention at schools growing up and yes there are rules to follow. I liked Matts efforts plus Paul’s in these arguments he gave some good examples. He even brought up vagness. Another example is churches and business sites are on facebook pages today and business contacts are on facebook. Even some of the restriction about were children congregate. Even the judges chimed in to question both on the pro’s and con’s in the matter.

This oral argument in the Doe vs cooper was very worthwild. Thats about like me Sandy, and Maestro at times. Believe it or not I even had a hard time just graduating ,and yes my guidance counselor in High School was getting a bit sick of me coming into his office. Sure one of my friends from high school went to become a lawyer. In college one sometimes doesn’t know what he wants to do so I decided to take criminal Justice course’s along with some of the things I had learned from history & civic’s classes in high school.

Now an advocacy lawyer is a good thing to specialize in but its also trying and challenging but a lot of this also has things to understand about Christian law also and thats where it can be a bit compulated since the states have wanted sepraation of church and state. Sure its nice to have some counsel when you go to court . I have even wanted to stand up for my rights but when I was drinking sometimes I couldn’t even stand up.

This ordeal we are all going thru effects, young adults, middle aged, and even senior citizens no matter if yoru rich or dirt poor, and I don’t even want to talk about divorces and sepration clauses. So its best for people to know what they are getting into or one can screw you over and were not talking weekend warrior, this is a life time curse. Ever see the bio of the Kennedy’s and I liked JFK.

Sure we all look for justice and you can’t find justice in a needle or bottle or killing one’s self over this as some have reported on here.. Believe this is a dilemna for families and its a tough one.
